This work aims to describe and analyze the new socio economic phenomenon of waste-based circularity. To this process recovery transformation waste, which represents basis circular economy, it is necessary understand complex articulation production goods materials, their yield capacity transformation. At heart all a series human behaviors habits dictated by legal rules cultural approaches. If we manage better these behaviors, can activate processes could help us determine encourage more sustainable from an environmental, social point view.
